I am looking for a Longshormens hook. Not the t-handle version but the one with a round hardwood handle . I grew up with my dad always having one in his car . I want 1 or 2 of these. I would give one to my brother . I have stuff to trade preban mags, parts, ammo or cash . email me at gmail.com same name . or PM me here . finders fee if you know a place that sells them , Thanks,w.

I don't know exactly what your talking about........one of those hooks for grabbing bales and other soft cargo? I can picture the T handle type, 5 or 6" wooden handle with maybe a 10-12" hook.

What I'm thinking of might be found in a farm supply place for hay bales. Same hook? different place of use? Just a suggestion to help you look around with another name/place.

neither version is the one. I am looking for one that is 12-16/18 inches long and is a round piece of wood with a 4-6in or so hook at the end the wood part tapers wide at the end you hold. think a small bat with a hook at the end.

You didn't, that's a Korean/Japanese style fish hook, used for picking small to medium sized headfish out of a box. PM me if you want what you originally described.
