I have an AR15 NON chrome lined barrel I want chopped down to 10.5"

Anyone know a shop in the southern PA area that will do this and re-thread the end?

Specifically, he rethreaded my 9mm Colt barrel so that I could use a slipover flash hider that was meant for a .223.  The 9mm barrels have a funny thread pitch.  He has also cut down other barrels, re-crowned, and rethreaded them for me.  He has also permanently attached a Phantom to a 14.5 barrel using silver solder, then refinished it a perfect match.
