I live in MA and am just wondering if the ban sunsets how many of you lucky N.H. pre-ban AR owners will sell them. Also if you do, how much will you look for ? Thanks.

I'm not sure how many NH residents will be selling, but prices are coming down quickly. Preban ARs out West and on the auction sites that used to $2,000-$2,500 (98+% Govt models, etc.) are now in the $1,500-$1,750 range. I don't think they will come down as low as the post bans until after the sunset, but the prices are getting better for those of us who live in perma-ban states.

I will also be looking for a preban lower after the ban sunsets. If anyone is interested in selling let me know.
Thanks

Why?
Pre-ban and post-ban will be terms of the past when there is no longer a ban. "Pre-ban" will no longer exist...a lower is a lower is a lower regardless of when it was made.

greenmountainpatriot in MA there is a new AWB that will only allow "evil features" if you have a pre-94 lower reciver. That is why everyone in MA wants to buy them from others out of state.

Ditto for CT.

OHHHHHHHHH....I gotcha! I guess I knew that but it didn't "click" when I read the post :)
Well when it sunsets, I'd definately consider aiding my Brothers in Arms to the south with a pre-94 rec'ver!

Allright guys. The ban is now over. Is anyone still interested in selling and/ or trading for their pre-94's. I myself am from NY, so if anyone in CT wants to get rid of their pre-ban lower for a shiny new one, or some straight up cash, let me know.
hatHut if any of you NH people want to chime in, it's not that much farther, and I can take the little woman on a mini road trip... win-win
