Do I need a dealers help or can I do it myself(paperwork)? I need some help on this and cant seem to find the info I need. Also where can I get the forms? Thanks for the help

yeah a little, but I'm stupid. I need a step by step "how too" on how to fill out the form , where to get it and how or who to get it engraved

I am in the process of building my own. I mailed in the Form 1 just before Christmas.
