The renter who rents my mom's house is moving out in a couple of weeks and she has asked me spread the word.

2 story house, built in 1986. 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, actual lot is about a half acre but there are woods behind the house that backup to a creek which make about an acre. Tons of new stuff in the house, new back porch, water heater and washer dryer I think. A lot of work has been done on it recently.

House is located off of Lucks lane, smack dab in the middle between 288 and powhite. 15 minutes to the city, 15 to short pump via 288. Midlo turnpike and hull street are a 5-10 min drive depending on traffic. Very nice area. If you have kids they would go to Evergreen Elementary, Midlo Middle and Monocan high.

I own several in that area myself that I rent.  It's a good market at a good time, so you shouldn't have too much trouble.  

I've had some luck with craigslist, but usually just list in the paper.  If you need any help with how to screen people (background/credit checks), contracts, etc., I'd be glad to share what I know.
