Managed to source some 55gr FMJ Hornady training ammo.

Anybody any experience of it.

Not tried it yet but planning to some time in the future. Steel cased isn't it?

Yep steel cases, boxed in plain white boxes of 50 at £30 x 100, looks clean and consistent for bullet seat depth, I'll give it a try next weekend.

I shoot a lot of it in the states as training hoser ammo and I think its great value - pretty accurate out to 200m - never tried to see how well it does grouping at distance though
