It has been a while since I made a post.  But I have been busy with a start up business as of late.  I have my FFl application in the mail to the Atlanta office.  All should be well with that.  What I have a question about is the site inspection.  I have called the Dallas branch office and they refered me to reading on the websie.  Well, that produed more questions.  Figured I would post here and see if any of you have had any experience with this.

My main question is about the definition of safe/secure environment.  I will be doing refinishing work, etc, but I hope to do custom gun sales and the lot.  I will need storage for this and for customer weapons.  The book says you need secure storage by way of key or lock with combination.  It does not specifically say 'safe'.  I plan to have  safe and have the site monitored by an alarm system.  My space is limited and I hate to put my limited capital into action just to have to rethink and redo everything come site visit time.

Any help is appreciated.
