I have never found anything that cool, gotta hike closer to the border I guess..

~NOGALES, Ariz. (AP) - A hiker has stumbled upon an
unusually find the in the Madera Canyon area - assault rifles in a
black trash bag.

The Nogales International reports (http://bit.ly/NbbmsR) that the hike recently discovered the AK-47s one mile north of Old Baldy Trail.

Santa Cruz County Sheriff's deputies then went to the site and recovered what turned out to be a stash of AK-47 assault rifles.~

Guns are evil, bro. That bag o' AKs was probably setting up an ambush on a group of children somewhere.

if they werent select fire i think it'd be awful tempting to keep em, At the very least some new mags and small parts..

If select fire, i suppose same thing new mags and parts shy of fire control..

But its not worth prison felony's for some cheap rifles

Yeah, if they were the real deal, un neutered.. or a couple of nice circle 10 or izzy's etc... "It's a trap!"

I wouldnt pick them up, some fast and furious guns or some bait sitting there as the UAV watches from above....

I heard Eric Holder's career in in a trash bag out in the Ariona desert too. He just doesn't know it yet.

I can imagine there might have also been a lot of money in that bag, if it was a pickup stash.

Find bag full of guns and money
Report guns
Keep money
Profit?

I would have brought the guns home, demilled them and sold as parts kits. No crime in picking up abandoned/stolen property. Probablly, although would have had a strong will to find out of they were F&F guns so i might have turned them in

Just a guess here, but given the libtard nature of the media, especially the AZ Repugnant, I would bet money that if the weapons in question were FA AK's that evil little bit of info would have been blasted loud and clear.  Also, given the peculiar lack of a number, I again going to bet that 4 or less rifles were discovered.  Yeah, I can probably get 15-20 AK's in a large black yard waste garbage bag, but I sure as hell am not going to carry them very far.  Hell, its just as likely that it was two weapons and the 2 mags each gun is usually supplied with.  Just hyped bullshit really.

So is this like lost cash, if no one comes to claim them in 30 days the hiker gets to keep them?

Wasn't it two SKS's and one AK?
Heard one was Russian, another was ChiCom, the third Egyptian. All were pretty well rusted. Sounds too old to be F&F.
