Sellout.....

I've been tryin' to get them to buy this note for over two and a half months. They keep jerkin' me around. They say that the papers will be sent by FedEx. When I ask for the tracking number, the papers have not been sent, the still need to be signed by the CEO. Then they need another appraisal. Then all is OK and they are sending the papers. Then the CEO said he wanted another look at it. Just on and on. They had the title company withhold two payments from me. I finally to the title company to release the payments, I was tired of waiting. We are commin' upon another payment and there is another hold. I'm just tryin' to see if this is typical, or am I being taken for a ride.
