It's holding up my refinance, I've already reshingled but now I have to find a certified  roofing inspector to sign off on it. Any ideas?

Try calling your insurance company, they usualy have people on retainer that do it for them.

If you are still looking for a roof inspector, just call a roofing contractor in your area. If they are licensed they can usually do this.

I am a realtor in phoenix and have had these done for FLAT roofs only, I have never heard of a lender requiring this on a shingled roof.
I'd also bitch at the lender if they need this, let them help! They don't get paid till the loan is done!

Thanks for the tip, this refi has been a real nightmare. The problem was that my house was built in 1979 and still had the original roof. It didn't leak and was fairly sound  but man, was it ugly! I hope to have a guy out tomorrow afternoon. I live in the northwest valley. I17 & Loop101 area. If this guy doesn't work I'll let you know.
