Was that vote to defeat the ammendments AND pass out of.commitee or were the ammendments defeated.on a seperate measure?

Does the current code make it illegal to carry in a retail store like Krogers that sells alcohol? I noticed at my local one that in addition to warnings about underage purchase of tobacco and alcohol, they had a sign warning of the illegality of carrying where a D license allows the dispensing of alcohol. To me dispensing alcohol is making it available for consumption on said premises, not the retail sale of a six-pack or bottle of wine.
Am I mistaken? |

The Amendments are introduced first, 1 at a time. A vote was called then to table each ammendment. There were 7, voted down 13-9 party line votes except for one that lost a single gop vote. Lastly the actually bill was voted out. Quoted:
