I am finished with the Dayton show. Not enough of the stuff I am interested in there anymore to justify the drive from Findlay.
That used to be my favorite show in the state too. |

IM thinking show and then clay pigeon shoot at Millers. If TZ99 cant make it I'll buy a hand thrower....that is of course, if you guys can handle the extreme cold temps!

I honestly don't know if I can make it, got some family health problems. If your doing things Sunday I'll probably be heading past on the way home from Cincinnati.

Sunday sounds like a winner then, supposed to get up into the 40s so maybe will not freeze to death. Will head up after lunch so get there 1 or so, thrower is together but will need to find another box of clays, down to maybe a dozen.

Wife says Saturday is ok to go play, but Sunday is out, as her side of family is having their Christmas get-together.
I think I have 4-6 boxes of 12ga loaded with 1 1/8oz of #8. |

Saturday Im setting up my new tent at my friends place to test it in the cold plus I have to work.
I think the sundays have it Hal. Last time we shot in the cold it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be...Paul brought Wilma and she warmed us up pretty quick! I couldnt keep my hands off her. Add to that going to the clubhouse soon afterword=nice and warm. My ears would have froze off though John hadnt loaned his hat to me Maybe we could pick out a January date to accomadate everyone next time. Or you could play sick to the wife

*update* Hey guys, I cant make the show tomorrow but I'll meet you'ins at millers at 1-ish. I just picked up 1 box of pigeons(90)...I hope that will be enough.

Most of Friday afternoon, I looked over there a bunch of times, only seen maybe 16 vehicles on corner of building, and couple at the east side.
Was about the same when I left work at 5:40pm. |

Are you serious? Damn. I went to a few a couple years ago (98/99-ish), and they were pretty damn good. Better than the PRO shows that I went to back in '02. And MUCH better than the one in Lima. Did it go downhill real bad since then? WTF happened? |
