This ad was posted in the Honolulu/For Sale/Business section of the Hawaii Craigslist yesterday and deleted by its author today:
Gun Shop For Sale - $1 (Honolulu)
Date: 2009-11-03, 7:04PM HST Reply to: [email protected] [Errors when replying to ads?] Centrally located gun shop with indoor shooting range for sale. Cost of inventory will be negotiated at the time of the sale. The shop is still operating, but inventory orders have been placed on hold. Sale will include the store location, business plan, customer list and current contracts that include Federal, State, County and Private entities. We are one of the largest gun shop on the island. Please DO NOT visit the shop to talk about the sale. Call James Chee(R) at: (800)208-1255 for more information or to set up an appointment. Anyone want to get in to the gun business?

He still has the Master Lease to that property for another 30 years. It was a 50 year lease for the building.
So basiclly the new owner will still pay rent to "Him". At $x.xx a sq feet plus CAM for over 6000 sq/ft. thats alot of money. His main income is still real property. |
