Can anyone can recommend someone locally and that has done good work?  
Ballpark what am I looking at for a simple flat black finish on a 4" 1911?

I might have a Kimber Pro Raptor that needs to be refinished.   Seems to me that the Kimber refinishing plant didn't do that great of a job on this one.

Derek at Azex Arms  does "parkote" where he does a parkerizing job then gunkotes over the top of it resulting in a very durable finish.
