Stopped by Barrow's this morning and picked up the three Ruger 22/45s that Bo was holding for me.  Those guys really make buying firearms a quick, easy operation.  They'd also held 10 boxes of .22 magnum for a friend of mine, and I picked that up for him.

Went by to see friends of mine on way from Barrow's to I-75/Atlanta.  Friends are in their 80s.  Was talking to "Uncle Jess" and told him about buying the pistols @ Barrow's, but, like everybody else, was having problems finding .22lr ammo.  Zounds, "Uncle Jess" disappeared into another room for a minute and came back with an unopened 525-rd pack of Federal .22 lr hollow points.  Would not let me pay him!  

Will be doing some simple mods to the pistols tomorrow and will be doing some range work at Sandy Springs Range & G.C. on Sunday.

Congrats. I can't wait to make another trip up there.
