Headed to the Pitt game this weekend, can anyone recommend any really good restaurants in the downtown area?  Thanks.  Sloth

Sloth:

If you are coming to Pittsburgh, ya gotta go to "Permanties" in the Strip District. Have a Cheese-Steak Sandwich with an Iron City Beer!

Primante's is a must but there is the spaghetti warehouse in the strip disrtict on 26th street they have awesome italian food. I think there is a couple of places right around the stadium area too(the baseball stadium). Then there is station square across the river, tons of places to eat there.
