Now Arnold and Tom can rip Davis and Bustie for a few more months instead of each other.

Not a good deal. Delaying this recall vote means that Gray Davis will have a chance to put HIMSELF on the ballot, in essence competing with himself for his own job. The Ninth Circus Court of Appeals is the most blatantly liberal-tainted appeals court in the US, and they will help thier commie-left partners in any way they can. Another Democrat cheeseweasling attempt to subvert the LAW.

it may not be such a bad thing, or as bad as some think. yes its good for dems, but ... what happens come next year when the economy is worse? when the illegal aliens get licenses? and then when people get there car tax bills in the mail ??
a few more months to suffer under davis might not be a bad thing, even the soccor-mom liberals with there SUVs are gonna be feeling it early next year.
plus this gives mc clintock more of a chance to pick up votes and get his name out.

A delay might help Tom, allowing him to gain a lead, if possible.  Delaying this economy anymore is not a good thing.

What are they going to do with the million absentee voters that have already voted (with punch cards btw)?

Cancel the existing absentee ballots and re-issue for the next time.  That's the easy part.

Davis can't get on the ballot, he missed the qualifying period which isn't being changed.

I think that it just gives more time for folks to get mad at Davis and Bustamante.  Arnold seems to have a teflon factor.  If they are going to go after Arnold on the race thing how long do you think it will be before the Bustie and the N word blows up?
