I have $500 burning a hole in my pocket. Thinking about the purchase of an AK47 (never had one before, but am thinking it might be wise to get one before the political climate changes).....

Anyhow, does anyone know of a dealer with any in stock? I would like to finger one first rather than blindly ordering over the net, since I've never owned one.

Try H&H gun range, they had a few AKs in the last time I was up that way.

OA, brigadoons and in pawn shops.

at one time brigadoons had a wasr 5.45x39, with 5 mags and 1080 spam can of ammo for $499,

right now 5.45 ammo is cheap, lots of places on the net advertising it for $125/1080 can.

I don't know where you're living but I'm up far north OKC, by Lake Hefner.
I used to drink coffee with the training honcho for the prison transfer center at the airport when they first opened it up years ago. He lived up here by Lake Hefner. There were a lot of you guys up here at that time.
Where are you at? I can be at the OKC Gun Club is a little over 45 min.
But we gotta go early in the morning. I sure don't like this high heat.

Buy one on line. Trust me you will get the most for your money on the net from a good dealer. Also if you buy on line you wont have to pay any taxes on it if it's from an out of state dealer.

Check BigBoys in Wheatland, he somtimes has Romainian Wasrs. I bought one last year from him.
