You guys coming this Sunday?

Gary, can ya bring your EoTech equipped carbine? I'm struggling between choosing that or an Aim Point...although after reading some stuff in the Optics section I'm thinking about grabbing a Tac Point for $78 just to piss some of those high and mighty folks over there off.

Ray,

Sorry, I'm a no-show this week. The paying job is getting in the way. I love my EoTech 551 and I'm sure you will too. Ar you going to put it on the M4? I'll bring it with me next time I'm at the range. I'm hoping for next Sunday, assuming no soccer games interfere.

Try to have fun without me....

Gary

Leave your carry handle on and get a colt 4x20 scope(has bullet drop knob) and you can still use your iron sights.

Ray does your friend with the Romak 3 Dragonuv have any complaints about it ?

Just that it's a pita to clean...........and expensive to shoot because he blows so much cheap ammo through it.

Does he have any problems with it ?

At first he did but that was traced to not getting all of the cosmoline out of the gas system....since he tore it down completely and cleaned the piss out of it it's been 100% reliable and pretty damned accurate too with that commie scope it comes with.

I'm still not sure what to get. I might just scope a flattop AR upper.

Are you bringing anything new?

Funny you should mention the flat top upper.......I'm bringing my new 20" upper that I had built by Donley....Wilson barrel but otherwise looks like a standard A3 upper. I had it there last Sunday to zero it......shoots real nice with the 62gr M855.

What lower are you using for the 20" upper ?
What do you want for the M4 (I might know someone) ?

Tomorrow I'm going to Classic Pistol to see what they have. I have some credit with them that I would like to use.

Sent you an IM.....see you tomorrow.

Have fun tomorrow guys..... I did make on Wednesday afterall. How nice it is when you are the only one on the range. None of those disrupting cease fires! Hope to see you all next week. BTW...it looks like that shoot for the 30th is on. They have signs up that the range will be closed to the general public that day for Jamie's shoot.

Stay Safe,

Gary

Is it at Tanners? Or your own personal gun ?I would be interested in it as long as its a reasonable price.

It's my own, and I feel it's reasonable, you however may not.
