No not really.  Actually there are none in the city limits I am aware of.  Grandview Firearms Training Center (indoor range) is in the county, actually Pafftown.  Out in Kernersville is the Gun Rack.  I prefer to drive down to Lexington (52 south Hwy 8 exit take a right), the Gun Shop, real nice people there.

dittos the above - also add charlies on 66 in walkertown area.  small but a good store.
