My first time with a full auto. Grinning from ear to ear. I almost need a plastic surgeon to fix my face after today.

The M-16 was fun...recoil was VERY managable, but, I could tell it needed a better muzzle brake.
The AK-47 seamed alot softer. I can see why tango's make them their weapon of choice.
The silenced MP-5 was a hoot. 3 mags was just not enough...need more!!!

Makes me appreciate playing SOCOM2 more than ever before.

The "Chicago typerwriter" was something I have got to get my dad out to see.
As was the STEN. (another wonderful weapon I think he would enjoy)

I didn't see any M-14 autos or AC-556. I also didn't see any gattling guns.

I was surprised by the number of families out there. Alot of grandmothers were in line to shoot one of the 1919s. I saw a couple of cute gals trying out the MP5s after me. (I guess it was the "girlie gun" of the event)

My wife has been reading some Christian fiction books lately and they talk about the SAS and Seals who use MP5s...after she heard that I shot one, she thinks she might come with me next time.

The Mrs. was also asking about getting a tank ride for my daughter next year. (either that or the armored car)

The most danger I felt all day was the feeling I had after eating those tough hotdogs at the food stand...they are still sitting in my stomach.

Anyhow, I will have some pics and video online later on.

I was looking forward to going to this, but funds dictated otherwise. Hopefully I can make it next spring...

I can't wait to see pics

I HATE , O DO I HATE FIFTY CAL SEMIS. NOW I SEE WHY CALI BANNED THEM. its because the muzzel brake and damage your doing to your friends head, not anything else.

Its kinda like sports cars, you buy the 50 cal to make up for whats missing in your pants

ha ha ha

Ever fire a 50 Alaskan or a 45-120 with a 540gr bullet?

Those hurt....bad...

But, the 50BMG is easily 2x the damage.

750gr bullets with nearly 250gr of powder...ouch.

I feel almost as sorry for the poor guy firing as I do receiving fire....almost...
