Ok, who was it??? Two full mags, one using 3rd bursts and the other full autos..Gang bangers are certainly getting better armed, might even present a challenge of sorts....

How do you know they were not just bump-fireing?

Well its a residential area and it sounded constant on the last mag(sounded like an AK47,thats what woke me in alarm from a sound sleep), no stuttering at all. Probably just Militia drill weekend from the sounds of poor fire discipline... Cops must have went ballistic looking for it, from the sounds of the sirens...

Two Mags?

Couldn't be the Militia.....

Gangbangers. They never show up with enough ammo, or magazines.

I saw one gangbanger buy 500 rounds of da Wolf 45 for his Glock, at da show, yo.

He seemed to think is was a lot of ammo.

When they show up at the Pit to shoot, they are convinced all we have are machineguns. If anybody owns a machinegun, I've never seen it at the shoots, unless a dealer brought it.

Most of the "militia" Arfcommers bring enough ammo, in magazines, to shoot our way into the pit, bumpfire all day and then shoot our way out of the pit and all the way home, stopping to take over a few towns and villages along the way.

Yes more than likely some gangbangers trying out their new full auto toy.  The fire sounded like it came from over in the low income housing area, which is their turf. They dont come over in my area as we are all home owners, hunters,.mil, cops and have guns..

I never miss the implied smilie. The smilies are for sombody else, actually. I just like to play along. Not actually being in a militia gives me the freedom to imagine things that may not quite live up to reality, in some rare cases.

Thats not the image I got, sounds like he lives in a nice neighborhood that borders a bad one, he may never admit it is so many words but it is obvious from the description given by 161Infantry that his militia keeps the gang-bangers out of the nice neighborhood.

Shitty neighborhood??? Why? Most places have dumbass;s that shoot into the air for no reason, 4th of July is a nice example. I rarely have problems in my area, I have a reputation for jumping in peoples ass's with both feet .

Don't get me wrong I live in a shitty neighborhood, but rarely hear gunfire. Seems like it has been twice this month for you. Sorry if I offended.

I hear gunfire almost everyday...
It is usually the echo up the valley from the MTC.

Doesn't one of you jokers have a 1928 Thompson and a Swedish K? Seems I remember seeing pics and drooling...

I used to live in what passes for a ghetto in Seattle, 'bout a block and a half from a corner in frequent use and occasional dispute by the entrepreneurs of the evening.

We heard plenty of gunfire, but it was always strings of 9 millie busted out happy fire style.  Never heard a genuine full auto longarm in the neighborhood.

Too bad 1611 wasn't there to make everything better.

I think it was a 1921 (pistol grip fore-end). There was also an AAC556. I'm still grinnin from shooting the Thompson.

The weapon of choice in this area is the awesome TEC-9 and the assualt wheelbarrow. In combination these are the most deadly weapons on our streets.......

There's been some stuff cropping up locally involving MACs, which I guess I found a little surprising.  I thought they'd all fallen apart?

Anyone still have the link to the spread featuring the assault wheelbarrow, and/or the bullet proof floatation device?  I lost it, and I'd love to see 'em again.
