95 North to State Road 50 or 520 and then go West.  Where in Orlando are you trying to get to?

The turnpike is probably quicker but you will have to pay the tolls and end up on the west side of Orlando.

Turnpike is the only way unless you want tons of traffic. It's worth the money!

I only use the turnpike.  It is a lot less stressful than 95.

See that & raise you an F-22

East side of O-town?  I-95
West side?  Turnpike.

This is from Garmin routing software.

I do this every week almost, this is the best way to go for sure!  I 95 to Ft Pierce then cross over to the turnpike the rest of the way into Orlando.  This will save you tolls and its the fastest way to go.  Daytona to the East side of ORlando (Lk Mary) is just at 60 miles.  That is way far to drive to save money on tolls.  Ft Pierce is about half way up from Miami FL.  There is a rest station there as well.

Toll Booths. At a certain point you are handed a ticket. You pay at another toll booth further down the line once you reach your exit.

Not to bad at that time of day.  You can get away with doing 80 down the turnpike and I-95.  Just start slowing a bit down about 40 miles north of West Palm.  Seems there are more police in that area.
