Ok for all you members I was thinking about putting together either bi-weekly or monthly Ft. Dix shoots!  heavy.gif

I go shooting with a buddy of mine nearly every weekend so why not make it an ARFcom thing?
And whats great is non members can come anytime you want too, all you need to do is pay the $3 an hour as a guest.

I'm looking to set the first one up for Sunday, January 9th @9:30 am-let me know if you guys are interested, and leave some contact info in your post and whether or not you are a member.

Thanks,
Anthony

I love the idea of regular mini meets and will try to attend on 1/9 (however Saturdays are generally better for me).
I am a member at Dix and can be IM/e-mailed with the buttons on the top of this post (per your request for member/contact info).

The chair is against the wall.

John has a long mustache.

Wounds my heart with a monotonous languor.

It has been my experience that you must squash rebellion at the first hint of trouble

It's growing out of control and must be stopped or I fear that we are doomed.

So how was the meet?
Link Posted: 1/10/2005 8:33:18 PM EDT
[#35]
the meet was fun
i got to shoot an AR10 which helps my tough decision
as to what 308 I might get soon
i was showing my friend how to shoot a rifle for the first time
and it was cool to see a few of the guys
I didnt get the chance on the 1919 tho
Matt
you should call phil regarding the length issue on belts if they arent in any form of container or mag type thingie

Belts must be 15 rounds or less as per a conversation with the NJSP firearms unit.

+1 I think belts fall under device.

I know this was not said but:

JUST TO MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR MY BELTS WERE IN 15 ROUND LENGTHS

ETA Over the past 4 years I have worked for 2 FFLs in NJ and my dealings with the NJSP Firearms unit belts or links over 15rounds are hi caps.
