Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Friend has AZ bighorn tag; can I CCW when helping him?

A friend of mine has an Arizona bighorn sheep tag.  I am going to help him out spotting.  Are there any restrictions on my ability to CCW?  I am licensed in UT, which IIRC has reciprocity with AZ.

If I wanted to take a coyote rifle with me, is there a problem with that?

I am asking because Utah restricts the carrying of firearms while a big game hunt is being conducted in an area.  I did not see anything similar in the AZ proclamation.

So does AZ, unless you are an LEO. You cannot carry a ccw.

Every hunter has a different view on this so i am sure you will told otherwise, some think AZ's open carry law allows you to carry a firearm while hunting.
