I fixed the link as to not be hot, I don't think we want them to be able to track and see that X number of hits came from a gun forum for any reason.
As for distributing it, your choice, but I'd let the media do thier jobs, if it is in fact that important. I'm with everyone else on this......Who TF????? WTF??? ETA: unless the author can get back in here and tell us how this pertains to the state of Oregon it is going to get moved to the religion forum, pending staff approval. If not, to the trash it's gonna go. The host of the above link is a Houston TX newspaper and the subject of the article is out of Topeka KS

Here is a link to the WA hometown thread discussing where this is coming from. The first few pages of it were pretty imformative, the last part has been sidetracked into a pissing contest, but you should take a look and see what could possibley be in store for us here in OR.

 For the record, Political correctness had nothing to do with the lock, pertaining to OR or anything in the PNW was the reason for the lock, cboyer explained a bit, thus the unlock. |

Not an excuse, but the reason it happened. My browser logs to the Oregon forum for entering arfcom. I was in Active topics when I created the new thread, but apparently it registered in Oregon. I copied it and reposted it in General Discussion, but couldn't see how to delete it in Oregon. It just seemed like people were more interested in preserving the "Sanctity" of the Oregon forum than necessary. So, anyway, this POS deserves to be ridiculed in public and this article is probably much closer to the truth than the "Cause" he is obsessed with. As always, One Man's Opinion. |

Sorry all, I had to leave and it took much longer than I hoped. I thought that some of you might be interested in the discussion going on in the WA HTF.( If you could call it that) It may or may not affect you in OR. But it does show how dangerous it can be when the .gov changes an existing law.Just to go after one Man. (sic) It certainly shows in graphic detail the unintended consequences of such laws. ( read the Topic)
