If you want a drone jammer, this is all you need: Everything Jammer
That will pretty much knock out every frequency there is for as far as you can transmit. |

Depending on reach and geographical proximity to things deemed "important", these things are discouraged... of course if you're worried about UAV's, then taking it to this level probably isn't an issue.

An elector-magnetic field from an unshielded generator will jam things too. I had a truck mounted machine shop (M944A1) while in the Army that was powered by a 25kw PTO driven generator and it was not shielded. That thing would jam all radio/communication signals with in a wide radius of the vehicle.
