Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Flying through Baltimore

I am traveling to Charlotte NC this Wednesday and I want to bring my pistol.  I have to fly through Baltimore and catch a connecting flight.  I am legal both in NY and NC (Utah Permit).  I also will be able to check my bags through to Charlotte.  Am I OK/legal going through Baltimore.  I have checked the Web and the info unclear.  Thanks.

As long as you don't get possession of your firearms in Baltimore, and only pick them up after you've arrived in NC, I think you ought to be OK.  If you stop your journey in Baltimore for any reason and take possession of your firearms, that's where you might have trouble.
