I thought that Tetra or whatever digital comm's that the plod's are useing were like GSM and almost 100% secure from the general public decoding and listening in? please correct me if I'm wrong.

I have heard that the plod's here in germany are still saving up for tetra, and are useing 2m & 70cm in NFM, and have to resort to using mobile's to have secure com's. It was due to be introduced at the begining of the year to be up and running for the football WM
