Pretty sure I Just saw an F-22 or F-35 land at ADS just now. Just a heads up for any aviation nerds in Addison.

Not uncommon since both are built close by.

Come on, haven't you heard?  It's  all in preparation for the Jade Helm stuff, they are going to do air strikes on the conspiracy theorists. Ground troops are afraid their guns won't be affective against so many layers of tin foil so they called in air support with basement bunker bombs.

The question is one hole in the ass or two?

But as the previous poster said, you can see both around here, along with a lot of f-16s and an occasional c-130.  After all, Ft Worth is the home of Air Force Plant - 4   (aka Bomber Plant 4)

Bomber Plant 4

Lockheed has to drive each  F-35s around for some number of hours before they are 'delivered'.  They also go out to somewhere in the Panhandle and break the sound barrier, then come back to Ft Worth.  Most of the time a F-16 is following the F-35...I guess they are watching to see if any parts fall off.

While the F-35 gets all the press, there is still a big part of the facility devoted to building new F-16s. They are cheap and they have build something like 4500 of them.

I strolled on over to millionaire and they were f-18's, four of them.

Refueling and pit stop on cross country trek.

I caught a glimpse of them when they took back off out the window of my office.  Knew it was not a commuter the way they shook the building.  Pretty awesome.

Those are F-18E Super Hornets.  Cool jet, but still underpowered for what they do.

Why wouldn't they just go to the Naval Air Station in Fort Worth if it was just a pit stop?
