Anyone have the correct equipment for changing out a barrel? I'm thinking of getting a post ban Bushmaster thats on sale for 675 and then finding a pre-ban barrel with threads so that I can have my flash hider. Is this a good way to save a few bucks or should I just save up a little more money for a no-ban?

If I'm reading your post correctly, you are talking about buying a complete Bushmaster rifle then changing the barrel. There's no reason to do that. Just buy an assembled lower from a gun shop or gun show then order an upper receiver with a threded barrel from Bushmaster.

Or if everything else is OK about the barrel except the lack of threads, get the barrel threaded. Maybe costs $50. If you can order it threaded, that's even better.
