I've been meaning to drop a line on them but haven't gotten around to it.  Found them there about a month ago and have been very pleased.  Great customer service and a place you can hang out in and shoot the crap with the guys that work there and own the place!  Much more friendly than Davi's.

Their inventory on guns is expanding and they say they try to get about 10 new firearms per week.  They are carrying Glock, Sig, Kahr, Tarus, and some rifles, shotguns, and AR's (colt's I believe).  Haven't bought any firearms yet but have bought several other items I have not been able to find locally until now.

As far as I am concerned, the most exciting news from their shop is on the horizon.  They are going to be opening a range next door hopefully in mid January.  They are probably going to have at least 7 lanes and they say that all of the lights will work!!!

Anyways, no affiliation with them, just a happy customer that is very happy to see some competition in the area.  BTW, I believe they are trying to take on Lawmen's more so than Davi's.

Stay safe,
Emsley3

Glad to hear about another gun shop option in this area.  I searched yellowpages.com and came up with this:

Eagle 1 Law Enforcement Supply
4410 Craftsman Dr
Raleigh, NC 27609
(919) 954-1032

which, I assume, is the place you are talking about.  I'm going to call now to see if they are open on Saturdays.

I think they are open until 3 on Saturdays and closed Sundays.  Not positive but that is what my memory is telling me it saw on the door.

Yep, open until 3:00 on Saturday and 7:00PM on weekdays.  I went there this afternoon and met Kevin, the owner.  Nice guy.  Sounds like they will be a good place to do business with.  He said the indoor range would open in February.

website: www.eagle1supply.com/
-- still under construction.  He said the site would be more complete in a week or two.
