I've been searching for the list of weapons for which one must have a permit to purchase in order to buy in Minnesota, but I can't find it. I can't remember for certain if the M1 carbine was on there. I don't remember it being on the list, but I'd like to make sure.

I'm guessing it does, as it can come with a pistol grip and a 30 round clip.

Not if it has a regular stock, other than that I believe it is up to the dealer.

It is not on the List in Minnesota

But then you'ld need a permit to buy a 10/22 as well.
