We are open on the date, but looking at November 12 or 13th which ever is best for everyone
I'm in!!! Prefer the 14th.
Since I carry a 1911 that only hold 8rds, how many spare mags you think I would need? 3-4-5 |
Man, that sounds great to me. I'm pretty open on the date, just would need to know a few days in advance so I could make sure I dont have to work that night.
Whoa. Tagged! Definetly Interested.
12th would work best for me, I doubt any of the lazy asses I work with would step up and take my shift at work Thursday night. |
looks like Friday the 14th has the most votes. As far as single stacks go, I would bring 4-5 mags with you. That way you won't have down time jumping in and out of the line. Bring what ever light systems you have and we will see what works best for you. Look forward to seeing you guys....T.J. 972-530-6510

Mojo the range is right down the street that way.....oh you can't see that.
Stemmons freeway to North west highway go east exit luna to the right.....Gun range on left. Remember Cool river? IT is about two mile to the east of there. |
You have to give these guys land marks they understand, like the Mens Club. You just go west past the Mens Club on North West HWY and over the bridge. As you come over the bridge make a right hand turn into the first package store. This road dog legs to the north and is Luna Road. You make a left hand turn at the first dirt road and your on the range. Tigervalley has a sign as you enter the facility. ( GREAT PRIZE FOR TOP SHOOTER )

OK, have no idea Northwest Hwy, so just want to get this straight: From FW, go 121 North, take 635 east, exit Luna. Now which way am I heading now? MADUCE: what's the address? I can go to MAPQUEST and get the direction. Thanks. |

maps.yahoo.com/maps_result?ed=0cNd1.p_0Tr13B2zbO5FAXpFptrkO7a5&csz=dallas%2C+tx&country=us 10751 Luna Rd It is the old Winchester range. |
I guess I didnt realize Winchester became Tiger Valley north. Cool!
Has the environment changed over there now too? I only visited there once or twice.... and they werent AR/AK friendly at all. I'll bet that's changed! Maybe I just found a new range. |
Tigervalley has a 100X300 yard training bay that we lease. The old Winchester rifle, pistol and shotgun ranges are still run by the same people. Our bay is on the far western side of the rifle/pistol range. And yes we shoot ar,ak,pistol, shotguns.

Thanks, Legs. |

TJ- Count me in for the low-light class. See you Friday.
Nimbus (Wendy) |

Is the class still scheduled? with the weather I was not sure if we were supposed to get any rain.. Let me know.. also, does anyone have any magazine & holster equipment for a 1911...
Prosise |
Yes, will the class still go down if there is inclement weather?
I'd lile to make a request. If anyone has an extra glock holster and mag pouch I'd really appreciate it. Same goes for 1911 mags. I had to have a holster made for my TLE/RL and I still haven't gotten it or the mag pouch. I used a H&K with light drop leg safari land holster last time that worked somewhat. i don't have a rail mounted light yet for it but anyways if anyone thinks they can help me out on these gear issues I'd be real grateful. I don't know what the TV guys have.
Thanks. |
I'll be there tonight!
Jeff (can be reached at (940.453.9020) if there is a problem.) |
I'll bring an extra factory holster and mag pouch. |
tigervalley north has covered shooting and eating areas. Unless the trinity crests its banks we will be high and dry
Is the range that we will be using outdoor or indoor? |
I'll be there this evening. MADUCE: I need to buy a large T-shirt from you. Thanks |
I had a great time guys! Thanks Maduce. Thanks everyone for your help. I had a great times stove piping problem or no stove piping. believe me I'm gonna figure that bs out.
Defiently gonna be looking forward to my weaponlight, this 2 hand business sucks. |
You bring up an interesting point... time for me to get a weapon light too! |

Thanks TJ for the class... prosise |

Hey yall.........just be glad I couldn't make it! The prize would have been mine(and if you believe that, let me tell you about some prime beachfront property I have for sale!he So........I tell yall this(and especially you, TJ) just so maybe, I said MAYBE, yall would have a little compassion for me, since I had to miss the one class I wanted to make more than any other class I've seen offered in years!
With that in mind, TJ, sir......please schedule another Low Light Pistol class ASAP. I'll send you money now if that'll help. I'll cook, clean, or sing a song if it'll help convince you to have another class. And Tate.....yes, I know, I said I was gonna be there and I wasn't, but it was just one of those things. Usually, if I say it, I do it. By the way.......I was sure hoping you could make it to church last Sunday along with the rest of your family. Maybe this next Sunday? I hope Amanda and Zach enjoyed it. I should be singing either this Sunday or the next for sure. Come and give a listen! Peace Yall, Dragonfire52P.S.-Amanda told me you DID switch targets with her. Tate..........shame on you!!!! |
I had a great time with the class, a great group to instruct. I was planning on another micro-class and had tossed the idea of a live fire entry class or maybe two person team tactics
