So, in case some of you might not know, I've been on this diet for about 4 months - yea me, I've lost 35 pounds in addition to the 30 that I lost last year!
However, for LCR, I thought I would put it on hold. Kinda hard to microwave a nutrisystem meal out in the field, y'know?
So, after a weekend of eating eggs, sausage, bacon, doublebaconcheeseburgers and freedom fried onion rings,
and then taking the left overs home and having more bacondoublecheeseburgers with the GF and kids last night, I weighed in this morning and discovered that I'm about 3 pounds lighter than when I left for LCR!
Who knew that all that was good diet food?
I still want to get rid of another 40, but I wonder if I can do it on the doublecheesebaconburgers and freedom rings diet?
Anyway, not much content here, but I just thought I'd pass along a 1/2 success story and be a small attention whore for a few minutes
