Harbor Docks has mighty fresh seafood, and is right on the docks.

We enjoy Pompano Joe's for lunch and get their fish tacos, or their catch of the day. Right on the beach with public parking, so sometime you have to drive in circles for a while to find a parking place.
Marina Cafe is a little more upscale, but good. I think they have a special if you go by 5:00 or 5:30. |

Boshamp's, Harbor Docks, Marina Cafe, Camille's, Red Bar (Grayton Beach). The good restaurants aren't cheap.
Avoid tourist traps that serve frozen, not fresh food, such as Pompano Joes, Bubba Gump, Joe's Crab shack, etc. |

If you come over to Walton county, Stinky’s, Chiringo, Great Southern Cafe, The Bay, Cafe 30A, and several great options in Rosemary Beach. Damn, just realized OP has already come and gone. |

Hijacking the topic. I notice no one recommended Dewey Destin's. I take it everyone thinks like I do: Over priced, over hyped, poor service and small portions. Honestly, I'd rather go to Stewby's than DD.

Technically it’s fried fish with fries, but you have to admit the view is hard to be beat.
