I've not had any work done by them, but Engage Armament is a class III dealer/manufacturer, and they're an otherwise good group of folks. They might be worth a look and they're just outside the Beltway in MoCo.

what you are looking for isnt that hard to do and you should be able to do it at home your self.

If he's "building" SBRs on a form 4 from 'regular lowers', he needs to engrave the lowers per ATF regulations. Most people do not have the equipment to do that properly. I've never adapted a SSA pack for FA use, but I'd imagine that also isn't a piece of cake. I'm inferring, of course, but he did ask for a class III manufacturer. |

For SBR engraving on stripped lowers I would use Harford Engraving in Bel Air
http://www.harengser.com/firearms-engraving.htm For gunsmithing, like the guy above me, I would use Mike at Atlantic guns in Silver Spring |
