Agree'd.  The pan handlers here in cincinnati are pretty aggresiev, especially if they think they can bully you, seen it too many times.  Ive also seen people attacked in general by pan handlers and one woman was mugged by one, right on 7th street across the road from work.

I know I'm always on a defence on mode when I see them walking towards me, it would be so bad if it was just one, but usually they like to roam in pairs and sometimes more, looking for cigerett butts or change.

From what I have seen in the news they are pointing fingers at the sheriff's office for giving her a permit!!! this may change how they look at people in the future.

They also need to look at how to get the beggars off the dam streets.

I don't know why  It's not Simon's fault, she maybe wacky but she didn't have any disqualifers to keep her from obtaining he CCL.

those poor homeless people are not causing any trouble......

I hope to God this doesn't become a debacle.

Edit: This Article states that she pulled the gun from her car. This insinuates that he followed her to her car or was waiting at her car for her, I'm guessing.

On a side note at the current cost of ammo she may have given him more than $.25. Oh, sorry that was bad.

WOW...

I know I about knocked a guy out down on the river.  Trying to have me hand over money pretty aggressively (think mugging without a weapon).  WTF he was thinking going up against three guys in their mid 20s I don't know.  I could see a little old lady wanting to pull iron.


When my buddy and I were recovering his stolen S40 on North Main in Dayton I pulled into a gas station for some stuff, came out and had a dude leaning up against my wife's car (thank God I didn't take my car down there... I would have been PISSED).  He was bumming for some money while blocking my way.  This was pre-ccw for me, so I just reached into my pocket and handed him about $3 in change so I could get back into the car.  


I usually don't pay out because I work hard for my money.  And if you aren't feeding me, entertaining me or sexing me up I'm not willing to give my funds up.

They are the victims of being worthless drug/alcohol addicted shitbags.
