Birchwood Casey AlumaBlack/ cold blue (liquid) works well for touching up small areas, if you properly degrease the parts first. I've always ordered from Brownells.

most any gun shop should have it. They're short term fixes, cold blue will rust and aluma black isn't very abrasion resistanct. Paint works much better if you can't have the finish redone.
