I tried searching, but I thought there was a local group here in Bhma that set up a club that counts towards buying from the CMP. Ill try the cmp website but I know members are here in this section.

USPSA fills the bill for both organization membership and competition participation requirements, and the Garrand Collectors association counts as a membership organization if you don't find a local organization.
