I'm fixing to get another can.  I have been using my RLT.  Are Collin county cleos signing? Anyone tried filing a case to obligate them in the last few years?
Figured I'd ask before soliciting Nolo to file a writ of mandamus and attempting to establish a precedent for signing...

This again...you will lose in the end trying to get a CLEO to sign if they don't want to

If you are using Sheriff Box to get your signature, he has a history of not signing, or rather only signing selectively...

Thats kind of what I want to see..  Box wont be running for re election next cycle, so I am wondering if his successor will sign and if a county case ruling that the "next" should sign would be a worth while strategy.  I have other ways of getting the can, Im really trying to see if it would be possible to establish a precedent to sign or have suit filed.  Dont think "easiest way to get a can" think "Rosa Parks not Caudette Colvin of NFA."

Jim Skinner deserves your vote, as he will most assuredly sign...

The precedent has already been sent. They do not have to sign. Plenty of others can sign, go there. If you hurry, maybe you can get Paxton to sign before he is an indicted felon. Though oddly I think he could still sign, just not for himself!

I know several local criminal court judges whose signatures BATFE NFA Branch deemed acceptable for Title II transfers...

AG signed too. Anyone in Texas who did not get a sig in last 13 years did not try.
