AZ,

Class 3 is not really that hard to get into, you just need a lot of cash if you are going to play in the MG side of it, as they do start to get spendy really quick. Everything else is kinda reasonable. Basicly if you can buy a handgun from a dealer (fill out a "yellow" sheet and get approved) you should be fine. The first big step after that is, if your local Police Chief will sign off on the back of your Form 1/Form 4. Then you get your pictures and fingerprints done, write out the check for your Tax Stamp mail 'Everything" in, then sit back and wait for a few months.

Too easy. There are a few of us here on the board that live all over AZ. I'm sure that they will help get you started on the path to the dark side.

Any other questions just ask...

According to a source at the Scottsdale Gun Club. It will take a long time to get ATF approval. ATF is in the process of moving that division. Although Sherrif Joe is only taking three weeks.

But once you have paid for a MG you "lock" the price in and it is only gaining $$...
