+1 More than just a dealer, they are a licensed manufacturer of NFA weapons and silencers. You can get waaaaaay more than just a transfer done there.

Not sure what is up in your county. If you cannot get LEO to sign off, you have other choices and one is to form an LLC. In this manner, you do not need LEO signoff, fingerprints or photo.

What is the cost of the LLC in Colorado?
Link Posted: 8/18/2006 1:38:14 PM EDT
I belive it is $50 if done by mail and 99 CENTS if done online.

What are the annual fees that you have to pay for the LLC?

I never had an LLC, but I have had 2 corporations. What I remember is an annual fee of $25 to be submitted with a post card sent by the State.

I have to throw my hat into the ring for Jensens. Was just there today to ask about my Form 1 paperwork to make sure I didn't screw anything up. Beyond helpful and friendly. Also picked up an LMT lower to build my next AR. Can't go wrong with them.
