Cheapest transfer fees on the Central Coast?

Just wondering if any of you know a place on the Central Coast that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for transfers? I am in Santa Barbara so the closest to here the better.

i use flying tiger tactical in goleta they charge $65 its the best i have found and they are good people the # is 805 770-2647 they are by appointment only

Have you tried Dan in goleta. Goodland guns, it's in Old Town Goleta. Not sure what he charges tho

does anyone charge around $50? I don't want to spend twice what it costs for a stripped lower on transfer fees...
