Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Cheapest place to get CHL Certification

Any local arfcommers know the cheapest place online to get a CHL certification? I did mine for $45 about 6 monthes ago, but recently when my mother took her test they wanted $70 for the certificate.

This one is free. I did some research a while back and it is usable for the Oregon license.

What is funny about that,  I told a coworker about the MD test,  and after 14 months of diddling around,  he finally paid somebody $70 to reserve a test,  which ended up being scheduled on his normal work day.

For working at a company that is in the firearms industry,  I sure work with some idiots.
