Auctionsarms has a ffl listing. I found one that was less than 3 minutes from my house and he cut his xfer rate in half since we now go shooting together.

I do transfers through Pat Hansen in Midland. His fee is only $15 & he's prompt about sending out a signed in ink FFL.
