Sphere Of Survival
Biomechanical Target Points
Effective Strikes, Spike and Kicks
T.H.R.U.S.T. countermeasures
Throws & Chokes
Groundfighting/Grappling

We recently conducted this course and with enough interest between this one and that one, we will offer an advanced course with weapons (knives, batons, weapon disarms, etc.)

Any of you that might be considering this course... I've taken this course with Russ in the past and learned some very useful skills; he will teach you some of the basic hand to hand techniques to help you protect yourself in a stituation that may not require a lethal force, or allow you the time to get to your gun in the event that it does require lethal force.
