How much of a hassle is it to get CLEO signoff in Travis co?

Given the liberal nature of Austin, it wouldn't surprise me if it was a PITA, but have to ask.

This will shape some buying decisions in the near future....

he has approved every Form 4 every customer of mine has gone for signoff.  i use "collection, investment, and all other lawful purposes" as the stated reason.

go to the County Courthouse at 10th/San Antonio.  go past the metal detectors and make an immediate right down the first hallway to your right.

go to the last office on the right side which is the Sheriff's administration.  advise them you have an ATF form to drop off for the Sheriff's signature.  if this is your first Form 4 or Form 1 the clerk may have you fill out a simple questionnaire for the background check.

i would also photocopy any FFL, CHL, or LE credentials and attach them.  heck, even a business card would be good.
