I don't know of anyone there, but start with the Sheriff's office. Let us know if your friend finds anyone. Stan Evans in Jackson County wouldn't even return my phone calls, even when I told his secretary I was a class III dealer in the county.

Sheriff Cronic from Hall Co. was good to go for mine. He returned my call and set up a meeting with one of his Majors to sign for me. Once my background check was done (NCIC), I was in and out in 15 minutes.
Your friend just needs to list reason for item as " to enhance firearms collection". That's what the Sheriff told me. |
