What keltec do you have? and how do you carry it.

I recently bought a P-32 with a pocket holster, I also got an extended mag. (10 rounds) and you can't tell I am carrying, it makes my Glock 19 look huge.

LT has a P32 - but from what I've seen he just wears it on the bill of his baseball cap

He didn't ask to see your CHL? Just asked and drove away? I'd expect to have to show it and have him run it to make sure it was valid.

SUBCHAPTER H. LICENSE TO CARRY A CONCEALED HANDGUN

§ 411.171. Definitions

3) "Concealed handgun" means a handgun, the presence of which is not openly discernible to the ordinary observation of a reasonable person.

I'm pretty sure it's been decided that "printing" of a firearm does not include "the ordinary observation of a reasonable person.", unless you were really printing badly (i.e. your shirt was skin-tight, and it was painfully obvious what that bulge under your shirt was). I usually carry a Glock 19 in a Milt Sparks VMII, with jeans/shorts, and a t-shirt. An XL t-shirt covers, goes past my waist, and if there's a bulge, who's to say it's not a cellphone/pager/insulin pump.

I'm pretty sure you didn't have to worry about your license being pulled, or going downtown. My guess is that the cop was being courteous about it, and was just looking out for you. It's happened to me a couple of times, and they've always been real nice about it.

No more wife beater shirts for you.... The average citizen probably never noticed.....

Good for the cop to notice, if it were some dope dealer he would have taken a criminal off the street....

IMHO

That sounds like how LT usually dresses.
